Gabriel Borica completed his studies in civil law (L.LB.) at Laval University in Quebec in 1988. During his studies, he represented the students of his cohort as President of the Law Student Association from 1987 to 1988.

Garbriel joined the A9 team in 2021 after working for a firm in the Montreal working in civil and commercial litigation. His practice includes civil and commercial litigation, construction law and civil and professional liability.

Natalia Dono

Natalia is a Senior Associate at A9 Consultants. Experienced in corporate sustainability, she advises corporations and global investors on their long-term strategies.

Prior to joining A9, Natalia achieved a MSc in Sustainability and Management from the University of GISMA Business School of Management. During her studies, she explored various sustainability concepts and frameworks, such as materiality, systems thinking, SDG strategy, sustainability reporting. In a previous consulting project, Natalia worked to realign the strategy of a non-profit organization in order to increase its impact and long-term success.

Before setting her professional focus on corporate sustainability, Natalia worked as a consultant within the Business Tax Advisory service line of EY. While working for EY in Germany and London for several years, she assisted large companies on their compliance with (inter)national tax regulations. Natalia prepared legal statements advising clients on the feasibility of investment and restructuring decisions from a tax perspective.

In addition to her postgraduate degree, Natalia holds a BA in Taxation and Accounting from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. Natalia speaks German and English fluently.
